Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal-care and beauty products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
How to request a return
Contact us through our Contact Us page before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return shipping
Unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless required by law.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Order cancellations
Contact us promptly if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
